The room was spacious and very clean. Quiet comfortable hotel in the center of town. Great food and dinning for Half Board. The hotel was friendly and very helpful. Had a family feel for such a big hotel. They had a small staff but were helpful anytime for whatever you needed.
Free internet in the hotel but did not work in my room. Worked best in the main lounge/loby. The jacuzzi/whirlpool was a bit uncomfortable and akward for the design. Not a big deal but better suited for tall people.

The varied and rich breakfast buffet was a delightful start to the day, with hot and cold regional delicacies, whole food options, a well-stocked tea bar, and delicious bread and pastries from a local bakery. It was like a feast fit for a king! The hotel's location near Austria's largest glacier area with guaranteed snow from October to June promised endless fun on the slopes and breathtaking views. Arriving at the Top of Tyrol with the Eisgratbahn line was an exhilarating experience. Learning to ski with B.BIG and BIG Ron, the mascots of the Stubaier Gletscher and Skizentrum Schlick 2000, made skiing easy and enjoyable for junior ski enthusiasts. The winter walks in Stubaital were truly magical, with snow-covered forests, sparkling snowfields, and a majestic mountain backdrop. It was like stepping into a winter wonderland. The hotel, with its friendly atmosphere and excellent service, was the ideal base for an adventurous and nature-filled holiday. It's no wonder guests keep coming back. The Sonnhof cuisine offered a wide range of culinary experiences, blending Tyrolean specialties with international delicacies. From juicy roast pork to spicy salmon steaks, every meal was a delight to the taste buds. The hotel's partnership with the BIG Family Club Stubai added even more excitement to summer holidays, with a fun-filled program for children and teens of all ages. Guests from all over the world enjoyed a warm and welcoming holiday home, far away from the stress of everyday life.
Sauna-area not super clean.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the excellent food prepared by the top-quality kitchen and the wellness area, which included a "solebad" and "krauterbad". the hotel was also conveniently located, with a ski bus stop, gear rental shops, and various stores and a disco nearby. we appreciated the efforts made to keep the rooms clean and comfortable.
There was no refrigerator in our room, which made it difficult to chill our drinks.

Nestled in the scenic Stubaital, this hotel offers a central location with easy access to nearby activities and attractions. the spacious room with a balcony provides stunning views of the mountains. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, and the breakfast buffet includes a variety of options. Plus, the included Super-stubai card is a great perk for exploring the area.
The sauna area could benefit from some upkeep.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel had great cleanliness, facilities, and staff. Our room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel was conveniently located near good transportation options to The Cable Cars at the valley along the river. We absolutely loved the huge breakfast, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. This city was lovely and the hotel was fantastic.

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the village, you could walk everywhere you needed to go. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with snowy peaks in every direction. The breakfast was fantastic, and there were so many options to choose from - the homemade pastries were a particular highlight. The free shuttle service to the ski slopes was also a great touch.
The room itself was a little snug for two people and could have used some extra storage space for our belongings. The walls were quite thin, which meant we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms.
